How would you rate this against the forum facility within Moodle?
There are many learning providers who do not have a VLE (Moodle or one of the others);Communities of Practice (CoP) are always difficult to establish and keep 'fresh'. It depends upon what organisations/individuals/stakeholders want from their communication channel; once that has been established they are then equipped to find the one which best meets their needs. Do you have another website - a main site that promotes your learning programs/communications?
